I have had several other conversations in the last week with similar lenders. The quote I got was in the upper 5% to low 6% range. They want to be aggressive in lending on multifamily assets. □ This week I had a meeting with a great local lender that also lends nationwide. □ In short, mortgage interest rates are not really killing deals.At least not with the deals I can bring you together with the banking contacts I can introduce you to. However, there are many local lenders that are being aggressive in the multifamily space because they know that these loans on this asset class will bear fruit for them. □ I hear this almost daily from investors in KC and across the nation. □ Rates are killing my 1031 exchange deals! ![]()
